Yokohama Denko Co., Ltd. was founded.
1969 February
Headquarters and factory relocated to Moriyamachi, Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama City.
1971 December
Opened the Kobe Branch and began offering wide-area services at both the eastern and western ports.
1976 December
Successfully researched, developed, and commercialized the Marine Biofouling Prevention System with proprietary technology.
1988 March
Obtained the license for General Electrical Construction Business.
2001 November
Obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification.
2007 March
Relocated the headquarters and factory to the current address in Okano, Nishi-ku, Yokohama City.
1952 December
Daito Kogyo Co., Ltd. was established.
1972 July
Toyo Reefer Maintenance Co., Ltd. was established.
2003 September
Founded AMCO Engineering Co., Ltd., focusing on the technical division of the former Asahi Kiso Co., Ltd.
The headquarters was established in Tokyo, with operational bases in Tokyo, Kobe, and Nagasaki.

Changed the company name to Yusen Shoji Co., Ltd., and all employees from the Technical Service Group were seconded to AMCO Engineering Co., Ltd. to start operations.

Asahi Kiso Co., Ltd. was established.

Opened the Tsurumi Service Center.

Signed a merger agreement with Hikawa Shoji Co., Ltd..

Voltech Co., Ltd. was established.
Yokohama Denko Co., Ltd. remained as the surviving entity, and Daito Kogyo Co., Ltd. and Toyo Reefer Maintenance Co., Ltd. were merged into it. The company name was changed to Voltech Co., Ltd. (English name: Boltech Co., Ltd.).

Established a business division in Nagasaki, restructuring into a subsidiary spun off from Yusen Shoji Co., Ltd.

Started the recruitment of new high school graduates for in-house employment.

Signed a business agreement for after-sales services for MHI marine boilers.
2015 April
Relocated the headquarters to Nagasaki City.
2022 February
Obtained construction industry certification (Kanagawa Prefecture Governor).

Changed the name of the base from Tokyo Office to Yokohama Office.
